I posted this past winter that I found a use for my 2 feet of snow as an excellent gate for teaching my dogs their weave poles. Well, the results
are back after 4 months of frozen toes & fingers.

My border collie got his first two Q’s in Weavers (something we’ve never been able to accomplish before). My rat terrier saw his first weave poles
ever in his first standard class & hit the weave poles perfectly. As a matter of fact, after Champ finished his weave poles, I almost forgot to
finish the course instead there was jumping & cheering on my part with Champ giving me the funniest looks.

We had a blast and now with warmer weather, and our first show of the year completed, we have new challenges to work on and look forward to the next show to test ourselves again.

Thanks NADAC for a fun way to work and challenge myself & my boys every day.

Justin C asked:

I believe that there are all kinds of animal parts in my dog’s food (?). Are there regulations regarding what kinds of animal parts are being put into his food? Is deer or elk meat put into dog food? I heard that dogs are not susceptible to prion diseases like cats, but I was curious if I was in danger when I handled Fido’s foods, and then didn’t wash my hands, and then ate a sandwich.
